VALOR is committed to supporting our military veterans within T. Rowe Price and in our communities. VALOR’s Ruck March was born in August 2020 at the height of the Global COVID-19 pandemic when many were still adjusting to working from home. We sought to increase community engagement and improve the mental health of associates through increased physical activity in support of our partnership with Stop Soldier Suicide.

In traditional military terms, a ruck or forced march is like a hike with a backpack full of military gear. But, for the purpose of this event, we are encouraging all types of physical activity.

Whether you ruck, hike, swim, bike, run, lift, row or just cheer on your colleagues, you will be supporting VALOR as we raise awareness and address the important mental health crisis within our communities and encourage all participants to wear their VALOR Ruck March t-shirt this year!

Stop Soldier Suicide is covering the cost of each t-shirt but we ask that everyone cover the additional shipping costs to have your t-shirt mailed to your preferred mailing address.
